I love dill. I cut the blooms and place in a glass in the kitchen just to smell it. Maybe I'm a butterfly?
Me too! Try this recipe..it's for dill lovers! Then get some yogurt, seed and dice a half a cucumber and add as much chopped dill as you like (preferably without butterfly eggs). Stir and serve along side as a kind of dip. It's a dill lovers paradise dish!

I bookmarked it, thanks!

I don't do creamy: cream cheese, sour cream, whipped cream, mayo BUT the recipe says feta and that's as creamy as I can wrangle, so it would work.

We'll dredge cucumbers in flour/salt and pan-fry anyway. This is adding in a tempura-like batter, I guess you'd call it, and the spices and sauce. Nifty.

Love dill!

I know ezzactly what you mean! When my kids had to collect 20 leaves from 20 different trees, I would collect 100. Oy!

What fun it all was! :)

We hatched an awesome Luna moth! Good luck with your Swallowtails!
Luna Moth! That's the moth that DeWitte was trying to think of the name of last night. He was telling some friends about the moth that tried to eat his face off but couldn't remember the name.

If I tried to hatch one of those, DeWitte'd have to move out of town!

I'll have to get you my brother's email address in Chicago. When he worked in Brmingham at the zoo, he set up the huge butterfly flower garden there. Actually, let me find you the link to the video...

Here is an article... LINK but I can't seem to find a link to the butterfly video. It was back in Summer 2008. Really cool.

I vote for awe. How cool. I think you should try the Luna moth next. Of course, no so DeWitte would move, but maybe when he is away, or maybe he will change his mind about them. Do chickens eat moths though?
