Dang...out of gas!
Literally!
I had to shoot through three lanes of traffic and some old guy who looked like he was afraid that if he went over 20 miles an hour he'd blow a tire, to get to a gas station.
It cost me $45 to fill my tank. $45! My car's only a little bit bigger than a hot wheel...dang! I don't know how you guys with the big cars can do it.
I'd consider getting a scooter but all three of us can't fit on one of those.

Remember when $10 could just about (if not completely) fill your tank?
do I sound like an old fuddy-duddy?
I remember talking with some people and they were asking what the least dollar amount of gas was that you put in your tank (that was grammatically brutal, sorry) and one kid said a quarter. I think that was about 20 years ago. LOL. a quarter can't even get you AIR for your damn tires.

:D OMG...I laughed out loud on this one. Man, gas here in Chicago is $4 plus dollars a gallon! Such a rip! Lucky for us we can get a lot of errands done by foot or public transportation.
These gas prices are insane. >:(
I drive a Jetta and it was over $50 to fill up the other day. Oh, the joys of living in California!
Still, gas is one of the cheapest liquids you can buy at a gas station. Bottled water and Pepsi are more per gallon. If that makes you feel any better. Then again, I'd be pretty bent if my car was guzzling Pepsi.
But I drive a little honda civic - it was crazy to see the guy with the giant SUV at the next pump, pumping his gas as I drove in, got out of my car, filled my tank, paid, and drove off.... and there he was, still waiting for his tank to fill. I can't even imagine how painful that fillup must have been!
My van is well over 70-80 bucks if I am empty and fill it. 25 gallon tank...do the math. It sucks.
